In 2024, Hurricane Helene devastated the St. Pete Beach area and changed the landscape of homes and businesses alike. Out of this, the idea for The Copper Kettle was born. Owners Alex and Nikki spent months renovating, designing, and meticulously planning every detail that you now know as The Copper Kettle, who opened its doors in December 6th, 2025. 
 

The opening of The Copper Kettle was a momentous step and the culmination of years of experience for Nikki and Alex, who managed the previous establishment for over a decade. From kneading biscuits with her Nana from Alabama to pressing garlic for Sunday sauce with her Italian Nona every lesson was leading to this moment when her family recipes would be tucked in every corner of the Copper Kettle menu.  Every time a seat is taken their dreams are coming true. They are so thankful for the St. Pete Beach community and hope to serve you for years to come.
